Q: When will you ship my items?
A: Two Star Design will ship your purchase within 5 days (or less) of your cleared payment via USPS.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We will accept a return minus the shipping costs. If you have an issue with your purchase, email us first and maybe we can fix it. If needed, your refund will be posted to paypal within 3 days of receiving your returned item in it’s original condition.
Q: I don’t see what I want in your store. Do you accept custom orders?
A: Send us an email about what you are thinking about! Are you wanting a phrase for a wall hanging or your grand baby’s name and birth date? We can do that. Or do you want the shapes cut out of your fabric because you are just that much of a control freak? We understand and appreciate it! Just let us know what’s in that little crazy brain of yours and we will jump on the train and and get you to sewing!

Q: Why should I buy these shapes already cut out and just not do it myself?
A: Because you have better things to do with your time and all TSD shapes will be perfect!!
Q: Why are your pictures of such low quality on your website?
A: Because we are QUILTERS and not PHOTOGRAPHERS. We are just good enough to get the point across and hope you all will not notice.
Q: What the heck is Soft Fuse?
A: SoftFuse is a soft, thin and flexible paperbacked temporary fusible web product perfect for applique projects.
We exclusively use Soft Fuse fusible on all our die-cuts and think it is the best fusible on the market for machine applique. There are lots of iron-on fusibles on the market but many of them leave a stiff, hard, feel to the applique and tend to gum up and dull the needle as the machine applique is being done. You will never know that Soft Fuse is on the back of your applique. And, you can layer 3 or 4 layers or more and get the same results. This stuff is fabulous. If you want to trace and cut out your own appliques, you can purchase Soft Fuse from us, too!
Q: Why do you guys like Soft Fuse instead of all the other products on the market?
A: Because Soft Fuse is fabulous, is temporary, has an extremely light hand and makes applique a breeze whether we are doing raw edge or finished edge applique!!! It makes things go together quickly, holds them until we are done and then somehow magically pretends it was never there in the first place. It makes all our projects look like we spent tons of hours and lots of time completing them.
Q: Are you guys really that lazy?
A: Yes
Q: If you are not spending time cutting out applique shapes, what are you doing?
A: We cannot go into detail, but it involves bonbons and the Lifetime Movie Channel.
